I have done a ls swap in a jeep and when driving it is cutting out around 1400 rmp. i noticed that i have about 50 degree advance on timing at 2000 rpm is this correct?
I'm not seeing any issues in that datalog. Does it do it every time at that RPM? Does it get better above that rpm? Can you get an datalog of it actually cutting out?
50 degrees is to high.
Add Cylinder Airmass to your channels and relog. Log for a little bit in Park first, give it a touch of throttle. Then go for a drive.

His High Octane Timing table is stock from 0.40 gs and lower. It's normal to see 50 degrees of timing in a stock timing table during decel/low throttle conditions.Quote:

throw some plugs in it, check the wires.
At that rpm its likely secondary ignition misfire
also this being a swap, if this has aftermarket coils, throw them away and get some factory coils
no coils are factory and just changed pluga and wires did not change anything i added air mass to channels and reposted. i am only running 2 o2 sensors and need to disable knock sensors can someone help me with that please? Ihave attached both files.
Also I noticed that the ecm is seeing that transmission is in 1st gear all the time when i kill the ingnition and turn it back on it goes to 3rd gear with engine not running could this be my problem?
