HELP! VCM Scanner Controls and Special Functions

New to HPtuners. I am working on putting 2012 challenger srt8 engine, trans, and wiring harness in 1968 charger and removing unnecessary options such as ABS, Traction control, TPMS, etc.. I noticed on the VCM scanner under Controls and Special functions there is a tab that allows me to Disable TPMS and Traction Control. Does anyone know what this is actually doing and how I would permanently write this or is it as easy as clicking the buttons? Any info would help. Much appreciated. Cheers.
