4l80e Lockup with 3200-3400 stall

Hey all, I keep searching and can't quite find what I'm looking for. Back history, I have a 4.8 tahoe with a turbo, running 2bar speed density tune. Recently swapped to 4L80E built with jakes stage 2 kit using fixed line pressure and circleD 3200-3400 single disc converter and used segment swapper. When I drive it gets hot. TCC seems to barely lock up, which I suspect may be causing the heat issues, or hope anyway. Anyways, if any of you all could look at my tune or log file and let me know what you think or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I'm still a newb on tuning, also first time messing with 4l80, I've only messed with shift points and pressures on a 4l60E, barely.

I'd start with turning the po101 102 103 codes to no error reported.
Trans isnt getting too hot for that type of driving. Set your TCC duty cycle minumun to atleast 90%. Aftermarket lockups arent meant to slip.

I thought it needed to fail the maf to revert to speed density? And I will try with the duty cycle set to 90% tomorrow,

Now what is the rule of thumb as far as when the tc should lockup when the stall speed is so high?

That is the question of the century lol. It goes by feel. You dont want the engine revving to 2500 and then lock it up to 1200. I thought with a SD OS you shouldnt have to change MAF codes, but it has been awhile for me also.

SD OS has always not auto-failed the MAF, always have had to still do it manually no different than the stock OS. The "SD" OS will still run just like stock with the stock MAF and stock MAF settings.

You did not log all the transmission PIDs so it is really hard to figure out what is going on with certainty but it looks like the converter is locking up as commanded. The high stall is probably just generating more heat then you current heat exchanger can dissipate you will need to add to it if you want to be able to keep it cooler.
