Hp70 1st gear issue

Hey here?s what we?re working with, 2021 cammed scatpack challenger, the tune is great and the car runs beautifully however in first gear there is an issue with WOT off launch where around 4k rpm the trans takes over and locks the throttle body so the pedal no longer controls it, has anyone seen this issue? This only happens right off launch in first gear all other gears it doesn?t even stutter
