VCM Scanner for 8HP70 2014 Ram 1500

I have a RAM 1500 with a 5.7 and an 8HP70 trans. I have a trans issue that I want to use VCM scanner to troubleshoot the issue, however I am not able to view anything on the trans...? Is there something to be done to see more parameters or am I SOL on being able to see whats going on with the trans?

Bill,

You are using a very old version of VCM Suite. Please update your software to the latest VCM Suite 4.2 or VCM Suite 4.3 BETA at www.hptuners.com/downloads

Using this version, try to connect VCM Scanner to the vehicle and see if you can see more PIDs. If you still have issues, please contact support and let us know.
