App freezes when deleting files (or showing other prompts) on iOS 11.1

We've recently started receiving reports of problems on iOS 11.1, where our app may freeze up when showing the delete confirmation prompt, and possibly other yes/no prompts as well. This does not appear to have affected iOS 11.0 or previous versions, but has come up with iOS 11.1 which was recently released.

A fix for this has been submitted to Apple today (Nov 21) as version 3.7.1... It usually takes them about 2 days to review it and release it to users, however the US holiday this week might delay that.

In the meantime, there is also a workaround: Instead of using the swipe-to-delete gesture on the Sessions list, tap to open the session that you want to delete, then tap on the File button, and select "Delete Video Only" or "Delete Entire Session". The confirmation prompt that's shown from this screen appears to be less affected by the problem.
