Emission DTC Column

Just got HPT and looking around. What does the Emission column check mark means in the DTC tab? I understand MIL enable and 1st, 2nd in MIL on. I have searched the forums and google but can't find an answer.

Can anyone help me understand? Thanks

It will still flag the code internally but not put on the mill light.

It won't pass smog either
