Stand-alone DIC for early OBS with a P59?

I'm wrapping up a 5.3 swap into an '88 GMT400 using an '03 Suburban donor, and I've searched for an aftermarket driver information center that will communicate with Class2 serial data with no luck so far.

Does anyone have an actual schematic of the 03-07 cluster circuits? Alldata doesn't break them down that specifically, and I'd like to see if I can chop one to make a stand-alone out of the existing DIC for this truck and install it where the radio used to be.

How about the ones that are required with aftermarket radios on Malibus/G6's and Trailblazers?

I've also heard of people using the overhead console units from blazers, but I don't think they have the same info readouts I'm looking for.

Alternatively, if anyone knows how to mimic one with a Raspberry Pi I'm all ears.
