Noticed pretty much every time I cross 6400rpms going WOT my spark source switches from borderline to base. Where is that changeover coming from? What does base timing point to in my tune?

Noticed pretty much every time I cross 6400rpms going WOT my spark source switches from borderline to base. Where is that changeover coming from? What does base timing point to in my tune?
Lambda Spark, IAT Spark, and ECT spark are all modifiers to make it sit in base. Cylinder Offset can also do it.
I had too aggressive of a lambda adder. Turning that down allowed the car to add timing and stay in my borderline tables.
