I've learned that tuning the 80lb ford injectors are difficult due to a lack of data for the injectors at the higher coyote fuel pressure.
Is there data available to tune on the coyote platform for the 80lb injectors at the higher fuel pressure (55psi?)
Where would I find it?
anybody want to buy a set of 80lb injectors?
I understand now for the coyote motors they weren't the best choice.
try this data its for 84# ids but should get you close
injector break point 0.0000199
high slope 0.0177
Low slope 0.0193
min pulse width 0.000306
max inj duty cycle 2
If I remember later when I?m at my laptop I?ll send you data I had that worked. I personally think it threw off the maf curve and thus load etc BUT I was able to get it to idle and fuel and drive right on e85 in a manual car na then eventually boosted. It?s worth a shot if you already have them.
