2000 Chevy Cavalier 2.4L LD9 "Low RPM Double Fire" Question

I have a 2000 Chevy Cavalier LD9 engine that I have put into my 1930 Ford Model A
I am new to HPTuners.
I am tuning it and have come across an area under "Airflow" and "Main VE" that is labeled "Low RPM Double Fire"
I am hoping someone can tell me where this would come into play when tuning?
