Spark Advance Adaptive non-responsive for 3 seconds after throttle blips

So, running the engine on a test stand, the spark advance adaptive stops working and goes to zero (0) degrees for a duration of 3 seconds every time the throttle pedal goes above 0%. Not sure what adaptive(s) is causing this issue.

I am not sure if this is the sole issue with the tune, so feel free to look through it!

I've attached some screenshots of the log where this issue occurs, as well as the full log and tune.
Note that lots of High Octane table spark was added near the end of the run correcting an issue when the throttled opened.

I've been working with an Iron 5.3 with:
- SS2 Elgin 1840-P cam,
- PAC springs,
- 80lb truck decapped injectors,
- external Walbro 255LPH and Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) set to 58 PSI deadheaded (i.e. engine off)
- Running the engine on a test stand
- Exhaust manifolds have 20" downpipes after the stock flange
- everything else is stock

Throttle follower.. it must decay out first after throttle movement for adaptive to come back on

That looks like it might be the issue that I've been chasing. My current tune has Throttle Follower a tiny Decay (P/N) (0.0127 to 0.0186 g/s) and what seems like a high Delay (P/N) (i.e. 224 sec).

Should I simply zero-out the Delay (P/N) values across the board?

I have attached screen shots of my tune info, as well as a comparable one.
