newest firmware issue 3.0.35

I just updated to the newest firmware 3.0.35 on my mpvi2 this past friday due to the message that popped up to do so trying to read a ecm and went to flash my car and it failed at 1% and caused my ecm to forget its programming. no fuel pump prime or anything. stone dead. i flashed it back to stock with my mdi and it took the program so i know the ecm is good and the vehicle will allow me to program so im guessing its because of the firmware update. i sent a support ticket in alrighty but its the weekend so i wont hear anything back obviously. just wondering if anyone ran into this if they have upgraded. ecm is a p12 btw.

edit. ive tried like 7 different times to flash it. it has a new battery so voltage isnt a issue. everytime it fails at 1%.
