If you don't have a wideband oxygen sensor for tuning, get one asap. The fuel trim tuning does you no good when you have to start tuning full throttle.
Whatever you do, don't disable power enrichment.
Other things to address is the PE. It's too rich for this engine because all the tables are still stock. A few of the spark tables can be altered. The massive spark retard at cold engine temps could go away and the intake temp spark reduction can start later instead of that 80 degrees.
The stock 25lb/hr injectors aren't going to be enough for an engine like this in my opinion. You added a lot of airflow with the large camshaft and more compression. Even with a low to mid 12's AFR at full throttle I bet it's pushing 90-100% duty cycle at high rpm.
