ok so whats the deal with tuning the torque table

so is there a pid or pids to watch to see whats off. whats the preferred what to a just them. Iam dealing with a procharged 16 SS A8 car it closes the TB after 5200rpm any helpful hints would be appreciated. thanks in advance
