F350 2008 6.4 diesel recovery - stock image
Hello
I have a F350 2008 6.4 diesel which had a failure while writing a dpf delete to it with Kess
but we were unable to recover it with that tool.
Got an HPTuners 6.4 stock file and was able to recover with that file.
But now when I turn it on idle climbs really high I have seen it go to 3500rpm before I shut it off
I am wondering if it is because I have the wrong software version or if it is due to the dpf delete
my original HW and SW version was
HW: 8C3A-12B684-AB
SW: 8U7A-14C204-CG
The SW version in the stock file which I used for recovery is
SW: 8U7A-14C204-CF
any help would be greatly appreciated
