Help with a base calibration - Procharged C6 LS3

I thought I would learn a thing or 2 with tuning but still have a lot of reading to do.

Cars tune file (untouched since 2018) is for FBO, Forged LS3, Max effort N/A cam, built 6l80 with FTI 3600 multi disk.
Now has a D1 procharger with A&A stuff, blower cam, IW 10% OD, standalone E-fans, mechman alternator
I would like to be able to drive it 5 hours to where a fuel system, new intake, map sensor, and E85 stuff will be installed and tuned.
Car is still on the stock fuel system and map. Still has the MAF.

As long as I can drive it part throttle on 93 for a few hours. If too risky I may just have to tow it.
