RTD+ From ProCharger Not Uploading to Server

Hello,

Every time I have tried to upload the base file to a tuner via the TDN App it fails. I have spent hours trying to get it to send multiple stock files up but nothing works. My only luck has been with having them email me the .rtd file and I was able to tune the car via laptop. When I try to update the firmware (no matter what source of internet i use) it always fails.

*short version: ProCharger RTD+ wont upload stock files to the TDN app, but I can still tune via a laptop. ORTIZ Performance says it must be done through the app. Please HELP*
