Data not Logging After Loading Channels File in VCM Scanner Explorer ST

Hello!

My tuner recently sent me a channels file to load into VCM Scanner, then subsequently do a pull for data logging.

My problem is that when I load the channels file, all the channels are "grayed out" with what looks like a broken link next to each one. When I start a datalog, it doesn't look like anything is happening.

Now, if I load "vehicle defaults" it shows me real time data and logs just fine and all the channels have arrows next to them. Can someone help me? I just need to load this channels file, data log a quick pull and I'm done.
