2019 GT350 VMP supercharged NYS Inspection failing O2, Catalyst and EVAP

Looking for some help getting passing NYS emissions inspection.
I have a 2019 GT350R with VMP?s Odin Supercharger System, VMP?s Twinjet twin-69mm throttle body, aFe POWER Cold Air Intake.
It is failing emissions with error codes for Catalyst, EVAP, O2, and Heated O2 sensors.
I have tried returning the emissions parameters back to stock with no luck.
I also changed the following DTC codes to No Error reported, still no luck.
P0133
P013A
P013C
P013E
P014A
P0153
P2096
P2097
P2098
P2099

I am very new to tuning and could use some help.
The latest tune is attached.

Its not the best to ask about emissions publicly - I can help shoot me an email.

Codes wont make monitors work.

What part of NY are you located in?

I am just outside of Buffalo maybe 1 hr from Webster if you need help with your situation.
