Slipping into 5th gear

Car is a 2016 camaro, drop in pistons and rods, heads, cam, meth, 2650 magnuson, the car feels gutless in 4th gear and 5th has some noticeable slip, i have already tried raising the pressure, putting the torque management back, slowing the shift time in the tune, and raising my virtual torque tables it went away for one or two passes then it came back, lets see if you guys have any ideas on what to do or is this 8l90 at the end of its life.
