Can someone from hpt extract and decrypted password from this read please

Here is the stock read. magic motorsport unable to read due to needing password for this ecu, would like to extract it and get it to read

Can't speak for HPTuners, but it is unlikely they are going to unlock a password protected file. Kind of goes against the program they created to keep people from getting the tune or modification.
Can you get it from the tuner that locked it? Otherwise you may have to have it programmed with SPS or a replacement ECM.

There's nothing locked about that file. If Magic Motorsport was trying to load it as a binary, that would explain why it didn't work.
