im just wondering what this does and why everyone has it disabled. my stock tune has values of 4 5 6 and 10 but i do have it set to max so it is disabled. when i set it back to stock i really cant tell any difference in the way it runs. should i leave it maxed out or put it back to stock? my car is cammed and CAI 2 inch long tubes LS3. Thank you

Mine is not disabled and is based on RPM and a normal table of progressive values related to throttle opening. The only thing disabled on my tune is brakes limit progression. please forgive me for assuming you knew what i was talking about. the table is under electronic throttle and its the area rate limits table. every tune ive seen has this table maxed out at 100. 2014 chevy ss (holden) stock tune there are values that i previously spoke about. there is a 1 in all gears for 1000 rpm column a 6 inall gears in the 2000 rpm colunm except first gear is a 5 and then all other values are a 10 and the table stops at 5000 rpm
Yes most people max this table out to 100 (I also have a 14 SS sedan). Just don't change the Desired Throttle Area Map tables in the same tab.Quote:

its an area rate ? so it will only allow a curtain rate of area per rpm interval based on the value, so it dosnt limit the throttle but just limits how fast it will open at those rpms to smooth it
