I have a 2010 Camaro. It has a 416 with a BTR 400+ cam. Sometimes I have to crack the throttle to get it to start. Once it stabilizes it is great until it drops to around 800 RPMs. I have searched the forums and am stumped right now. I am tuning in VE currently. Would anyone take a look at these and offer some advice please? Thanks in advance!

It's not in speed density. You have the codes set to no error reported. It is running off the MAF.
It's overly rich for one thing.
You aren't logging your timing advance so you have no idea what's going on there. You can't see your idle over/undershoot activity because you aren't logging your advance.
You have too much idle timing in it.
Stopped looking after that.
Oh yeah, looks like the VVE has not been touched. Definitely hasn't been adjust around idle area.

About the richness; yes, it is rich but not pig rich; if I can get it to idle long enough to start tuning the VE tables I will take care of that. It is very difficult to drive like it is and tune any idle tables as the idle is fluctuating wildly between 500 and 1000+ rpms.
The spark tables are what was in the PCM when I got the car. They might not be stock but I can adjust those. If you have any pointers i would greatly appreciate your feedback.
I just need to know if someone could help me with getting this thing to not start idle surge at approximately 69 seconds of run time.
Did you have a new tune to post with the updates Ed suggested to change? Otherwise we are just guessing on what was changed. If you do have a an updated tune, post a log with timing.
There were no changes as I didn't see anything that Ed suggested except he suggested to log Timing Advance. I will have to do that tomorrow as I am not at the car. I believe that it is in Speed Density but I may not be correct. Did I set it up incorrectly? Could you verify that I am or I am not? If I set it up incorrectly I would love some input. You can add MAF state to your channels and that will show if it's failed or not. Typically when it's set to no error, it won't fail it. Depends on the OS and routines it runs. It may even fail it, then try running on MAF again and then switch back and forth. Best to set it to fail on the first error. If it's going into REP, you might need to change some of the map test settings. Make sure it's offset values are pretty high. You can also tune without failing the MAF using a math formula, but that's up to you. I normally tune in the MAF and rough in the VE at the same time even if I'm going to fail the MAF and tune the VE in the old way. Doing it like that will usually keep it from going into REP from the two models being so far out from one another.
This is what I use for my own reasons. It just makes the VE match the MAF. If you have a stage 3 or bigger cam, it can cause problems with it.

Cringer also has a method along with Smokeshow if you want to look for those. Cringer's uses dynamic airflow whereas Smokeshow's uses airmass.

I'd strongly recommend looking into VVE tuning. It is going to be an absolute must for this car.
