swapped a 6ltr into my 4.8 truck any help to get it to run

Hi i have a 2000 gmc 1500 come with a 4.8 i put a max 6ltr in i changed from 58x to a 24x and a 1 x timing gear caspers wiring harness for front mnt timing sensor put the single wire knock sensors on the sides were the two wire ones were located now the fun stuff im two days into the hard part the tune and how to make it run i was going to copy all the settings from my 2006 6ltr truck and put them in my other 4.8 swap truck will this work any help would be great im sure this has been done meny times the 6ltr has headers ss2 cam rec port 823 heads flat top pistons factory rec port tbss style intake with gm R4B 12613412 injectors i wanna hear this thing run lol
