MPVI3 "Interface not found"

I've randomly lost connection between my mpvi3 and laptop. I have used this for datalogs almost daily and suddenly it wont connect. I have tried new cable, deleting and redownloading stable and beta, making sure all updates are performed on computer side (Windows 10). I can only get any info displayed on infotab on bluetooth connection. Resync device just says "connect a device" and never starts scanning. I have been in contact with Pete and also sent device in. He was able to pull an infotab on device. Any other possibilities? I'm completely lost at this point
