Spark Cut Between 30-45% Throttle

I have a 2007.5 Sierra 5.3 that I swapped a stock 6.2 into. I copied as much data as I could from a stock 2007 Yukon 6.2 file to the stock 5.3 file. It starts and idles fine, drives fine until about 30% throttle when the timing goes nutty and starts to buck. If I keep my foot on it it accelerates normally once it gets through that area. It seems like a low load area to be getting into torque management..? The MAF is stock 5.3 and left it alone in the tune. The MAP is a Bosch which I set up based on a 2010 6.0 2500 file.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be happening? Attached the stock 5.3 and 6.2 files, the combined tune that is in the truck and a data log of the trouble spot.

Log dynamic airflow, volumetric efficiency airflow, spark torque management type, fuel cut torque management type, ETC torque management type, cylinder airmass. That should get you much more data to work with.

Long term trims are -20% before your "event". When it occurs, your injector duty cycle goes through the roof momentarily.

I think you changed way too much stuff. I wouldn't randomly copy over an entire 6.2 calibration into your 5.3 PCM just because. I'd go back to stock and start with just displacement, injector data, maybe some idle stuff. I'd also recommend physically checking the injector part number in the engine and make sure that's exactly what data you're applying to your cal.

From what I understand the injector part numbers are the same for the 5.3 (LY5) and 6.2 in 2007 so I took them from the 5.3 and put them in the 6.2 (didn?t come with an intake) and left all the injector data alone.

I didn?t think I had changed much aside from timing tables, main VE, idle and torque tables. I?ll have to go back and make fewer changes at a time.

If you open your current tune file in your editor, and your stock file in your compare feature you'll see how different they are.

I started a simpler tune. Will data log the current setup then start over with smaller changes.

I set up a simpler tune last night. Copied a few of the idle tables, High and Low octane spark, MAP sensor to 2010 settings. Drove it for an hour this morning and no problems at all.
