Ls3 DSX Aux pump centrifugal

Ok so i recently switched from a 2.9L whipple to a Centri blower. Reconnected my fuel system. Added holly rails AN lines , 10 micron fuel filter for e85 in engine bay. So my dsx aux pump now primes itself when door is opened (connected to ecm) then again when dsx pump disconnects. Then randomly every hour or so 2 times back to back. Checked ground, power ,dsx customer service is great they sent me a new box? same issue. Anyone else having experience? Fuel pressure is great over 80psi on 10lbs with e85 . So it?s performing. Thanks
