6r80 performance issue

I have a everest with 2.2 Diesel mated to 6R80 for some time and its getting worst .
My observations are , low rpms not much pull, engine surge to 2200 to 2500rpm even for small move in city , like a petrol engine. There are no DTC yet . EGR got cleaned, used liquimoly injector cleaner which made the engine sound smoother. There is a hissing noice from engine right bay , dealer inspected the intercooler pipes and said its looks fine.

I got ForScan and observed few things , the VGT is quite often run in open loop. Second major observation with TCM is the TorqueConverter desired and actual slips are quite vary Attachment 145994Attachment 145995Attachment 145994Attachment 145995

If you need some help with your file let me know just got done on a BMW M57 6R80 swap its been sound and driving daily since December if you can post you factory calibration. Are you using the same or a different control to control engine vs the transmission or are they both on the same controller?
