Can someone take a look at this start up tune? Wont do much besides idle REALY LEAN

I've got a gen 4 5.3 6l80 in a c10 I'm trying to get it to run well enough to get exhaust put on it so I can go get a live tune. My tuner sent me a startup tune and it wouldn't do much besides idle any throttle and it cuts out and revs up a little when you let off. I've got a log and my config attached. I'm using a PSI harness, ls3 MAF, cam, vvt/dod delete, stock gen 4 truck intake, cts v/ commodore-ss pedal, e85 with a sensor. Some help would really be appreciated while I've got some free time this weekend probably wont hear back from my tuner till next week.Attachment 148210Attachment 148211

Do you have a stock file to compare against? Otherwise the only difference is against the MAF table? id already be looking for a new tooner lol

They've done good work for me in the past, do you see something i need to change? I'm trying to get this thing driving..

Stop trying to do "MAF-only" when you've changed the MAF and have no valid starting point. The MAF table from a different car has zero relevance, even if both have the same part number sensor, unless every last bit of all the intake plumbing is 100% exactly perfectly identical on both cars.

Fail the MAF and drive it to wherever you need to take it in speed density, you know, the part(s) that haven't been monkeyed with and should still be basically correct.

This is from my tuner he's got his last tune with the old sensor to compare it too. I can try this tomorrow though how exactly do I fail the maf.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge on the vehicle? First thing that needs to be done is to verify the fuel pressure.

Probably showing lean due to the exhaust system not being complete?? When you say, " ...to get exhaust put on," just how much of the exhaust system is complete? Open headers?

'Returnless', with no vacuum reference to the manifold? What regulator?

How far are the O2's from the end of the collector? They arent going to read right. I would at a minimum add some length to the exhaust by a couple feet and add a 90 degree dump.

Ain't it fun when you have half a dozen or more problems/unknowns, each of which on their own could be the cause of the complaint?

You cannot measure fueling with open headers like that.

If you have to run it with open headers unplug the front O2 sensors so it stays in open loop. or force full time open loop in the editor.
