Upgraded PCM firmware: question about slightly changed parameters and tune integrity

So here's the story,

I blew the voltage regulator in my PCM. Sent it to a company to have the chip fixed. They fixed it but accidently upgraded the firmware in the PCM up one letter in the revision and set parameters to stock. Because of this I could no longer write my RIPP supercharger tune or revert it to my original stock file because the OS version was off by one letter. So I did the following:

1.) pulled new stock file from upgraded OS
2.) opened in VCM Editor, also opened RIPP tune from original OS version using "compare"
3.) used the Compare Log Copy All Parameters function to copy super charger parameters onto the stock file I pulled from the new OS version
4.) wrote RIPP supercharger tune with new OS Version onto PCM, it works and Jeep seems to run like it should

Here's my question: When I ran compare on the Original OS version Stock file vs the New OS version stock file everything was the same except for three parameters/ Friction Torque table, Exhaust Max-Phase Position, and Exhaust Lock-Pin Position. The values from the old firmware were transferred over, do they make a difference? Was the process I ran through above correct? Can someone check over the set of 4 files and let me know if it seems good?
