im trying to change VCM scanner to use dots as decimal seperator insted of comma, but no ammount of windows changes or reinstall of VCM scanner fixes this, can any explain how? VCM editor works perfect and changes decimal separator based on windows, but scanner not even trying. Is there a setting in a text file ive missed somewhere or how is the US guys that run dot only getting it to work?
