I am doing some research before getting into spending the money. I am trying to find out if on a 05 Mustang, VCM Editor allows you to change the VIN? I see the option in Edit/Change VIN Wizard on my Chevy, but it doesn't show that when I open a Ford tune. Is this because I do not yet have the Ford license?
