Need help converting tune files from .ctz

I have been working on my mega cab for years Long story short I bought this truck that somebody had started they were in the army corps of engineers they ended up getting shipped to a different country and I purchased the truck off of their 87-year-old mother long story short the original tunes were written for a EFI live V2 Auto Cal which are like impossible to find at this point I have the original tune files for the compound set up with the dual fuelers but I have no way to upload them to the truck if there is anybody that can help me convert them so that I may be able to upload them with say a bully dog GT or something please help me. I have the files via email I could send them to whoever if somebody can help me with this please?
