First tune after swapping a new lm7 in my 99 extended cab Silverado with 160k miles

Hi Im new to the forum and tuning, Im sorry dont have any tunes or logs to show you, but heres whats done to the motor starting from the top, k&n air intake, 92mm tb, tbss manifold running all vacuum lines on it, tbss fuel rail, c5 corvette fuel regulator, 44 lb deathschwerks injectors, milled 706 heads with beehive springs, new push rods, ls7 lifters, valve seals, new water pump, melling oil pump, timing chain, cam sprocket, btr stage 3 truck cam v2, speed engineering long tube headers with true duals, new sensors and gaskets all around, 4L60e, 3200 circle d converter, has 3 o2 sensors connected out of the 4, new ngk spark plugs and msd wires, oem coil packs. Have the flow chart for the injectors also. Let me know if Im missing any information, if I dont reply, shoot me a dm if thats cool👍🏽 thank you

How would I find the logs and tune? It hasn?t been taken to a tuner or anything, I?m just needing help on where to start for a tune

Do you own a HPT mpvi interface device?
