E67 IN GEAR IDLE & ROLLING IDLE HELP PLEASE! link for file attached

I am having issues getting my ls4 happy to idle in gear when coming to a stop. I have messed with it for days and i'm pulling my hair out. Ive had the best luck with the attached tune but I need some help.
Here is its problem area's: Put in drive and touch the gas and it revs to appx 1200 rpm and continues to pull.
When coming to a stop it continues to idle at 1200 rpm for what feels like forever then finally will idle down. It is stable sometimes, others it hunts and dies.
There is very little definition between on the gas and off the gas. Its very hard to drive in town.


UPDATE- AFTER LOOKING AT THE LOG WITH A CLEAR MIND I SEE MY MAP SENSOR IS DOING NOTHING. NEED TO GET THIS CORRECTED AND WILL COME BACK IF THE ISSUE IS STILL PRESENT. BUT I BEILEVE IVE FOUND MY ISSUE

TSP Chopacabra
3 Bolt truck intake swap
4 bolt 92mm 07 Tahoe throttle body (stock ls4 is 76mm) I believe I have updated the scaler correctly.
