Making changes to 4l60e

Just recently got hp tuners and read up about how you should never use write entire except in certain situations. For whatever reason, on my 03 Silverado 1500 it doesn't give me an option to write tcm. So my question is will write calibrations also change my tcm or do I need to use the write entire and pray I don't brick it?

2003 has a PCM (Powertrain Control Module) because you have a Gen 3, engine and trans are run from that one single box. Gen 4 has separate ECM and TCM.
