Can anyone help with this? I can not figure out how to disable or rest it with HPtuners. Its unlocked and I have the UDP license but not sure how to write the file.

what exactly did you do to cause it to not start? typically only happens when the operating system gets changed to something not for the vehicle
Mileage to no start suggests an issue related to the emissions system, not operating system
