MVPI3 Partially responding after beta update

Anyone seen where an MVPI3 says its Partially responding on the latest 5.1.4061 beta release?

It was working fine yesterday on an older beta release. I updated just for the hell of it since I haven't used it in a while and now it won't work. It wants to resync when I try to connect to my 2014 Silverado but fails. A manual resync appears like it works but doesn't fix anything. Running the VCM suite info the last line says "Interface not opened: Partially Responding".

This is on a Windows 11 MS Surface with an Intel chip. I updated the .net, reran the driver install, and tried a different usb cable. The cable I'm using worked fine yesterday on an older beta release.

I still had an old beta install file for 5.1.2264 on my computer so I uninstalled the new one and installed the old one and it connects to the MVPI 3 again. Something in the newest beta seems broken for my computer.

This should now be fixed. Resync & try again.
