get credit information failed error: F0?

i'm trying to license a file i pulled out of a truck this morning and everytime i open it and hit "show license options" it gives me the error "get credit information failed error:F0"? the mpvi is connected and otherwise works? help :shrug:

unplug the interface, plug it back in and try again.

i've done that, restarted the computer, and still no luck.

try scanning the truck, disconnect the scanner, then try to license again.

finally got it, after about the 20th time i tried it finally worked. Thanks man, appreciate the quick response, you guys are the best.
