Help with LT4 motor tune e92 ECU with a stand alone transmission controller

Hello I am needing help with writing over a 2015 Suburban PCM ( e92) with a CTSV or LT4 base tune .. I am using a Quick 4 gen 2 transmission controller with a 4l75e transmission. Question is can I flash the PCM only and not worry about flashing the stand alone transmission controller if I am using HPtuners to flash the ECU for the Lt4 to run... ? The drivetrain is going into a 72 chevelle.. motor came from a 2017 CTSV Lt4 ..with beefed up 4l75e ... the CTSV base tune has the 8l90e so this is my concern.. can I flash using the Cadillac CTSV base file I have without deleting the stock TCM from the file.. I will attach the CTSV base tune and the stock suburban PCM for referrence..
