Went to log the other day and keep getting this error. Checked all fuses, checked power to the OBD2 port and it has 12v so I?m at a loss. Any thoughts? Thanks

Resync interface. If that doesn't work re-connect and disconnect several times until it loads. Also plug and unplug your USB to the MVPI.

Which interface are you using?
MPVI1 had a power input mux TPS2113APW which burned when cranking with not so healthy battery :) and gave the same error message.

Went to auto zone and their scanner powered on when connected to the OBD2. So I’m guessing my plug is borked.
