4L60 tune help - best practices after modifications? Need help

Hello, :hi:

Can someone help me with the following, i need some help because this is all new to me :)

Recently purchased HP tuners MVPI3, and now i like to tune my 4L60E after doing a lot of upgrades (Chevrolet Avalanche 5.3 AWD LC9 engine).
The car has been sitting on my lift for almost one year(!)
Starting from a bone stock engine/trans there are my modifications:

Engine:
AFM disable | Melling high volume oil pump | Oil Pressure Relieve Valve plugged in the oil pan

Trans:
Alto High Performance clutch pack
TransGo HD2 shift kit: full install but selected all the 'soft' springs/acc/separator holes instead of the firm/hard shift settings
Corvette servo | Also replaced all internals like solenoids and pressure regulator and so on. All new trans internals and seals
New GM torque converter (because the old one had a lot of miles)
2nd trans cooler installed
New Flex plate and so on..

What can i do before i start the car? I like to narrow down and only focus on the transtune in this topic
Are there best practices?

the car must be a daily driver. Nothing too harsh, i like to go easy on this tranny.

I read about:
1. Clear all the adaptive values so your trans will relearn all the shifts?

2. i read something about shift pressure and time, but i'm not sure what to do?
- Some say: you need to remove the adaptive shift system
"If not removed with a shiftkit, then the computer sees that the trans is shifting too fast and it will pull pressure " via the adaptive shift system " and try to slow the shifts back down."
-> Can someone confirm? What tables to look for and their settings? Is there maybe a switch for removing the adaptive shift instead of changing tables?

3. i also read something about the Force Motor Current table?
Make sure your Force Motor Current table doesnt have a no-pressure setting at max commanded pressure.
-> Can someone confirm? What are the best settings?

Hope someone replies soon. It might also help me with my pressure issue. My Z66 was tuned many years ago with the stock 4L60-E and had the abuse turned off and pump pressures increaded. Now I have a new tranny that has an HD clutch pack, shift kit and high pressure pump, the pressure is too high. Leaks past the slip yoke seal when any amount extra force is needed. I do have the stock tune file somewhere on my PC for comparison, but being new at this I'm looking for examples. Good luck!

"Pattern A"
"Pattern B"

I assume i always use "normal" tables, and tow mode uses "Pattern B" - What is "Pattern A" used for on the chevrolet avalanche 2008?
