Ready to give up!! 2015 Ecoboost BNR drop in turbo

Guys I could use some help!

I've decided to take on a 2015 Ecoboost that was dropped off at my buddies shop for a clutch, and the car also had this breaking up/throttle closure issue upon arrival. The owner purchased this car from a dealer, has absolutely no details or information about the setup along with somewhat of a language barrier, so to say I'm having a tough time with it is an understatement. The car has a drop in BNR turbo, uprgraded intercooler, Air raid intake, and is catless and straightpiped. The car came in with a Cobb Accessport with a couple of different tunes for 91 and 93 octane, all of which led to this exact same misfire/throttle closure issue. I have swung for the fence in the file in what I feel like are all key areas.. Torque tables, all limiters that I can find, wastegate canister pressure/duty cycle tables.. i mean everything. No matter what changes are made the car does the exact same thing at the exact same time every pull. So far I've also installed new NGK 6510s and gapped them to .026-.028 just to be sure on that end. I suppose there could be an ignition coil issue or something else contributing, but to me it feels like HP Tuners is missing some key tables that limit these cars. I've got to be wrong... as it seems many of you have had success with them. Ill attach a log and one of the latest files. Please give honest critique, although I'm sure some of the changes are crazy as I've just tried everything I can think of.

Looks like it's just not building any boost, maybe check the wastegate solenoid make sure everything is good there? Seems to build the same max pressure (about 10 or 11PSI), kinda feels about wastegate spring pressure to me.

Otherwise, in the tune, you have exhaust temp tables maxed out, you want those at 0 to "disable" them, otherwise it's going to think the exhaust/flange temps are at 2000+ degrees (which could be causing it to hold boost). Though I would expect the log to reflect that as well, but don't really see anything.
I would lower the wastegate spring preload value to what it's actually, otherwise the wastegate control logic has no idea where the gate is and will give up and go into limp mode (spring pressure).

I would go back to a completely stock tune, make the mandatory changes needed to run the car (changes for the exhaust/downpipe/lack of cat, injectors, fuel pump, etc etc), leave the stock limits in place, then attempt a pull and see what's chocking it and go from there. Making a bunch of changes at one time is asking for these kind of problems if you ask me.

Also, don't log overall timing correction for knock, log individual cylinders.
