VE table not responding to anything

This is an LQ4 with 12cc dish pistons, 7875 VS turbo, sloppy stage 3 camshaft 238/242, .595/.595 112 lsa, with 80lb DEKA injectors and FPR at 58psi. I have tried many different pieces of injector data, I didnt realize injector data for these are hard to come by. At idle its running rich no matter what, no matter what i do to the VE table or whenever i hit the gas the AFR is very spiritic (leans spikes) and it surges in RPMs. I have checked for vacuum Leaks and changed fuel psi with no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Theres the tune on it right now.

There are some transient min fuel milligrams that needs to be changed. I made a post about it a while back. This will solve your issue.

also, it is nice to post the tune and the log. 30 sets of eyes lookin at your tune can spot something you might not have seen..
