SUrge issue at idle

Logs attached show surge, this does not happen all the time and I had just tuned it on a prior log and idle was fine, once i give it gas it underruns and surges, sometimes it setttles out and sometimes it keeps surging. I dont appear to have an air leak in the system from what I can tell. Does anything jump out on the attached log and tune?

I am set for speed density currently as I am trying to dial ve tables in, but it does it with dynamic air with maf not disabled as well.
