Long term Trim vs AFR Error table

I'm trying to understand if I have a problem. I Look at my long term trims and they are showing +20 across the board which would make me think I'm running way too lean, but the log of my AFR error table the table looks pretty good overall. Not perfect but not too lean like the LT is I think is showing. As I go down this path of learning I don't want to lean this motor out and cause issues. Are my Long term trims incorrect... Should I be adding fuel on my my VE table to correct this? I'm assuming the PCM is correcting for this Mis-balance like it should and I just need to work on the VE table to make this correction on Long term trims not so high?

Here is the tune

If you run closed loop, the fuel corrections do exactly what they say, so your wideband should show pretty close to stoich. If you go into PE, which takes you out of closed loop correction, the problems will show up on the wideband. So yes, correct the fuel trim error.

Assuming your injector data (I didn't check) and your fuel pressure is correct (You need to check), the injector data is at least set up for a referenced regulator so this is a good start, looks like it just needs tuned, trims are adding a ton of fuel across the board, try to fail the MAF, under engine diag tab, set the DTCs to MIL on first for the 3 MAF codes, set the MAF high frequency fail to 0, and under engine tab set Airflow>Dynamic>High RPM Disable to 8000 or something high, this will force SD airflow mode with closed loop O2 feedback, maybe start by adding 10% to the entire VE table and see how it responds, but only do this after you verify fuel pressure and injector data! Also be sure to clear LTFTs with the bi-directional functions in VCM scanner before logging again every time changes are made.

You should also disable DFCO as well as it can skew data, Engine>Fuel>Cutoff, DFCO>Enable ECT set to 284, I don't think this will have much of an effect on the fuel trims, but when you use the wideband for WOT adjustments you will get lean spikes when fuel injectors are shut off during deceleration
