Rev limiters on high HP motors without a big flywheel can only do so much. This ski is exceeding the limiter by 600 RPM on occasion. This is a 325 with an 8750 rev limit setting. The peak RPM was 9353, as recorded on the CAN network.

What is considered a safe rpm for the old 230/300 vs the new? My understandung was the flywheel bolts had all been upgraded from the factory after 2021 and the new motors had thr new rockers? Did sea doo not upgrade the springs and retainers?
