real hard for the tune to cause it too only run on 4 cylinders. Did you swap the lifters?
No tune, no data log, all anyone can do is guess. You possibly didn't turn off the DoD correctly. That could cause it to run on 4.
It could be mechanical, electrical, fuel, ignition, or possibly tune related. Start with these first and get back with us.

thank you. my apologies the guy told me it was a sloppy mechanics stage 2 kit. it is actually a BTR GEN III & IV TRUCK CAM - STAGE 2 - V2
