Gen4 Coyote MAF Tuning - SENT A/D Count?

Howdy folks,

Living life on the bleeding edge here, I've come against my first mystery. I've been able to open the stock tune on my 2025 Mustang GT, and I get the following table for MAF Calibration Bank 1 (of 2):

Was expecting either Voltage itself, or Period, but after doing some research, it's apparently the raw count in an analog-to-digital schema that's proportional to voltage. After doing some logging and tweaking VCM Scanner to record meaningful parameters, it appears I can do some custom math to create a histogram that converts logged Mass Airflow Sensor Voltage (up to a max of 5.12V on Fords apparently) to the SENT A/D values by multiplying with a conversion factor I derived to be ~3000 (2900 - 3200 based on logs interpolation).

Is anyone else running across this? Nailed down the conversion factor? Found a better way to capture MAF deltas? Working with LTFT + STFT averaged across both banks to produce the following with this method:

A little more salt for the soup...

Noticed as I chase down this mysterious conversion factor that MAF Sensor Voltage and Desired Airmass as the commanded value seem to have a relationship. If Desired Airmass is ECU commanded, then Mass Airflow A + B seem to be the actual that are meeting that demand as a sum; this "sum" doesn't map perfectly in the logs, but for the most part, that appears to be the relationship:

That would put my conversion factor for V -> SENT A/D to more like ~4,000.

Purely SD? Not an ECU Secret Sauce blend of the two on the fly? How do you come to know this?

there MAP based and use the MAF just for temp - u can unplug them and it will still run

Ok... making sense... and Speed Density is governed by the 27 tables? Is MAF worth tuning like VVE is on GM even though it's temp? Or nah, and just focus on Speed Density, then Torque, then Spark if you can Dyno?

They're there, I think there's a they're there...

And thanks for restoring my sanity... I was actually surprised to see the extent to which she was in closed loop in the logs, even at WOT, switching to open loop on deceleration. But I'm just dipping my toe in.

SENT A/D issue still on the table.

If you get into the specs for SENT you should get all you answers. Ford is using SENT for throttle bodies since 2018 as well.
SENT fort MAF was first introduced for 7.3 Godzilla like 2y ago.

So I've been chasing this all day... Within VCM Scanner, I can add 16408 - Mass Airflow AD Counts to charts and histograms, but it won't populate data. Thinking maybe I needed to define math/custom PID, I am able to again add 16408/Mass Airflow AD Counts, but it's coming up as red:

What channel do I need to add? I only have three MAF Channels that seem worth logging:

Haven't tested it yet, but hoping it's a good start...

So I'm told that others are ignoring SENT A/D, and just using the MAF A breakpoints against LTFT + STFT (Bank Separated) and adjusting the MAF A & B calibration tables. Anyone else trying this? What a weird new way of doing things...
